A Big City Federal Tax Credit is a starting point plus extending the Bush tax cuts for 2-3 years to implement a program that is fair to all. 
In addition, write to your congressman, it can help.</description>

		<description>I read an article that Batali considers this not a food court but a temple/shrine to Italian food. Love the idea of a raw beef &quot;sushi&quot; bar and tasting portions in this lavish and crowded grocery store/temple.  The only restaurant that takes reservations, Manzo is also in this open hectic setting and moderately expensive. But this unique space is truly amazing and beautiful.</description>

		<description>For those looking to renovate their kitchens I would like to put in my two cents.  First of all, Sub Zero refrigerators are a great addition to your new kitchen.  However before you decide which direction you want to go with the remodeling of your kitchen, you really should look at all of the designs that Sub Zero offers.  My personal favorite is the built-in style which most refrigerator models come in. 

There is something to be said when your refrigerator is difficult to identify within the surrounding cabinetry.  I wish I could share all of the amazing features but that is a whole entire blog post in itself. 

I just want everyone to be aware of the amazing possibilities that Sub Zero offers.  Not to sound promotional, but I came across another post that mentioned Sub Zero was offering up to $1,500 off any refrigerator and stove purchased, if you seriously are looking to remodel your kitchen.

I agree with your point, there is little flexibility in the present economy and living with the restrictions of a co-op makes it is so much more difficult.</description>
